Executive Summary With the brand mantra of “Fun , Family and Furnitures, Ikea has successfully stood out in the global market. Today Ikea is not only a brand but also a relationship, an emotion. Throughout the years Ikea has completed their operation in many countries successfully where they offer everyone a cheap an affordable furniture experience with the taste of elegance and supremacy. The combination of quality products with the budget price has attracted people all over the world. In Bangladesh Ikea has come with the similar approach like we have done in other countries. The strategies we re going to follow are somehow done by intense market research and segmentation. Lastly, we have a very strong marketing promotional campaign which can give us an advantage to create awareness among people.
