LIBS 202 Mid-term Exam
Directions:
Focus on the chapters assigned so far in
Black Star.
Choose three ideas that have
impacted you personally; you must choose from three different chapters.
This might be an idea
that you found provocative (upset you in some way), or one that surprised you (you never
thought about it), or one that enhanced your understanding of a view that you already held (gave
you a structure and vocabulary to improve your understanding).
Your essay response should include the following considerations:
Identify the chapter for each idea; you will be using three different chapters.
Identify the idea.
Explain the idea, and
Discuss why and how it has impacted you.
This should constitute the majority of what
you write.
When you quote, do so accurately and use quotation marks and citations.
