She doubts her ability to be successful in the course and eventually to drop the course and take it the following semester. However, when she logs on to Aggie Access to do so, the system does not allow it. She asks her roommate, Mara, for help. Mara explains that it is too late to drop the course and that she must withdraw from the course instead. She also tells Cecily that she needs to meet with her academic advisor to get the withdrawal process started. Unfortunately, Cecily is not even sure who her academic advisor is.
