 Course Withdrawals
 Course Repetition
 Academic Standing
 Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
 Financial Aid Termination
 Financial Aid Appeal
 GPA Calculation
Instructions: Read the following case studies and respond to ALL of the question prompts. Each
case study touches on more than one policy and or procedure. Be sure to address each issue
presented in the case studies. Be specific in your responses and write in complete sentences.
Once you have completed this assignment upload it in the e-Portfolio section of Blackboard.
1. Cecily has 16 credit hours, including a chemistry lecture and lab. She doubts her ability to be
successful in the course and eventually to drop the course and take it the following
semester. However, when she logs on to Aggie Access to do so, the system does not allow it.
She asks her roommate, Mara, for help. Mara explains that it is too late to drop the course
and that she must withdraw from the course instead. She also tells Cecily that she needs to
meet with her academic advisor to get the withdrawal process started. Unfortunately, Cecily
is not even sure who her academic advisor is.
