Over theyears, it has had different points of view, different perspectives such as psychoanalyticalperspective, behavioral perspective, humanistic psychology, cognitive perspective, evolutionaryperspective, biological perspective, sociocultural perspective, and biopsychosocial perspective.In this essay, I will be making a reference about the psychoanalytical and humanisticperspectives, their theorist, their contribution to Psychology, how these are applied in life, andhow these perspectives have changed my perception of Psychology.
