Transmission of “beliefs and Values” from generation to generation. i. 1. Jews – typically Liberal 2. Catholics – Mixed 3. Protestants – Typically conservative ii. Weather Channel – Shows the U.S Map 1. Teaches us patriotism, and unity b. Crystal City Texas – lots of kids didn’t speak English. i. Raised city taxes, in order to bring in more teachers to teach English to the kids. 1. “Rule # 1”: If you cannot speak English, you cannot enroll in Public Schools in Crystal City. a.
