Mount Sanai Hospital have over 7,200 physician and more that 2000 residents and fellows,
totaling over 42,000. For this assignment I will focus on the Labor and delivery department
because it is indeed high risk department with that requires the entire staff’s undivided
attention. According the Mount Sinai records 15,864 babies are deliver yearly, therefore
every patient that enters the facility requires to get immediate attention because every case
require different medication treatment. “
