Never criticise or debate in public with anyone who is senior to you in your team. That is to lose face. Losing face is very bad in Chinese culture, since you will lose face for your family and you will make the relationship worse. Face value is very important in Asian culture. (Speaker: Tureia Sample, Australian from PNG) It is not appropriate for a junior person to shame a senior person. That could be in the way you speak, so use respectful language.
