Sweet Chel Joy G. Dela Cruz BSA 1C August 29 / September 2, 2019 Case Study (Introductory Paragraph) On the 31st day of August, 2019, I had interviewed Mrs. Gina E. Dalumpines, the owner of a sari- sari store in our barangay, who happened to be not a relative of ours but one of the closest friends of my mother, a good neighbor and companion of our family. I was able to had listened attentively to the story or to the sequence of events of how her business came to be. I had also taken down notes, as well as, listed down some of the meaningful insights and the determining factors of how she was able to came up with this kind of business. I found her story interesting and worthy to be heard as I was deeply moved and felt her sincere responses and honest intentions in our one-on-one interview portion. I was able to summarize the details that I have tackled with my case study on her sari-sari store business, with her own point of view, being the owner of the business, as her statements to my inquiries were direct speech, enclosed by quotation marks. A.) Name of the Business - TGMC Store "What's in a name especially for a sari-sari store like TGMC Store is that I have come up with a name of my business that is quite unique, relevant and easy to remember. TGMC Store mainly stands for the first letters of my family member's nicknames in which T stands for Tino, my ever loving and supportive husband while G stands for Gina, so, I'm the boss and owner of my business. On the other hand, M stands for Mac, my elder son while C stands for Che, my lovely daughter. So, we have to build our brand and identity, and this begins with the name of my sari-sari store."
