EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This report is based on Leward Island Service Limited which owns and operate the Malolo Cat fetty services at the Port Denarau Marina taking bookings for tourists and arranging there traveling by sea to the Malolo Islands, where three of the most amazing resorts are; the Plantation Island Resort, Musket Cove Island Resort and Lomani Island Resort[ CITATION Bar19 \l 1033 ] . Malolo Cat ferries travel 4 times a day picking and droping tourists between Port Denarau Marina and Malolo Lailai Island. The arrival times of Malolo Cat ferry at the Port Marina are 7am, 10am, 2pm and 5pm. In relation to the cost of traveling, overseas rate much expensive than local rates traveling to the Malolo Lailai Island. Moreover, this report will discuss the challenges that the Leward Island Services face, and opportunities for growth in the company that helps in the business environment. INTRODUCTION This report provides an overview of the authorization and purpose of the report, a discussion on the limitations encountered in compiling this report, and the scope of the report. Authorization Leward Island Services is the owner and operators of the Malolo Cat ferry services. They operate three modern high-speed boat ( Cat 1,Cat 2, Cat 5) transferring tourists or guests four times daily between Port Denarau Marina and Malolo Lailai Island from 7am, 10am, 2pm, and 5pm. Purpose of the Report The purpose of this report is to know and understand what sea ferries face everday in terms of making bookings for passengers checking in or checking out and how it operates within a day by seeing that nothing goes wrong and by providing good services especially dealing with the tourist passenger on board. Limitation One of the limitations encountered in compiling the report was how to write the questionnaire answers given by the two crew staff members into a report and not being able to get enough information on management accounting.
