INTRODUCTION This research assignment is based on a discussion of three questions on different topics. The three topic questions are: a discussion on the advantages/strengths and the disadvantages/weaknesses of experiential programs and interactive computer programs in improving management skills; a discussion on certain steps in which managers of organizations can take in order to enhance the performance of employees; and a discussion on the four legal requirements that needs to be embedded in a company’s pay structure to support its new work arrangement.
