CREATIVE ORGANIZATIONS AND STRATEGIC CHANGE 2 Creative Organizations and Strategic Change There are a lot of creative organizations these days. However, technology has advanced all of their products. When I think of creativity, I think of the computer company "Lenovo." The proven laptop that has shown results in durability and they have adapted themselves well with their products. The laptop that changed the laptop industry was when they introduced their "YOGA" laptop, the laptop that you can flip the screen all the way back, so it creates a tablet experience. Now when they see their competitors, almost every computer now has the same feature. Another impressive move that the company made was they opened up a manufacturer line center in early 2013 located at North Carolina; This has also expanded their business to get the experience to the customer that wants a product that has the "manufactured in the USA." Is driving the customer to employee more than 2,000 people in the North Carolina area, and Lenovo is a $30 billion personal tech company which serves customers in more than 160 countries. The company has also acquired partnership with IBM which is known for their durable business laptops, and Lenovo has adapted their creative technology into IBM. This company is thinking "outside the box" in the PC industry. The business is still acquiring other partnerships to where now they are in the mobile business when it partnered with Motorola. The company

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
