Radical Developments In Accounting Thought By: Wai Fong Chua Cooper (1983) and the hopper and Powell (1985) relies on sociological work of Burrell and Morgan (1979) and classify the accounting literature by two main assumptions: about social science and about society. Assuming social sciences include assumptions about the ontology of the social world. (V.nominalism realism), and methodology (v. Nomothetic ideographic) assumptions about the nature of society as one of the fundamental conflict of conduct or subject. by Burrell and Morgan (1979), both assumptions resulted in four paradigm fuctionalist, interpretive, radical humanist and radical structuralist. Based on the classification of the assumption said that accounting is no different. as another discourse empirically based, it seeks to mediate the relationship among people, their need and their environment (Tinker, 1975; Lowe and Tinker, 1977]. And in a reciprocal relationship, thought accounting is change itself as a living , environmental, and perceptions regarding changes in their needs. Considering
