Marren Dunn Public Health Brother Lewis Program Manager - Public Health Are you looking to join a team of “upstreamist” who believe community-driven solutions are the key to achieving health equity? Are you energized by communities harnessing their power and instigating change? National Health Foundation is seeking a dynamic Program Manager for its Health Equity Initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will provide oversight for program planning, implementation and evaluation. You will supervise a high performing team that facilitates community-based programs aimed at addressing the root causes of poor health. You and the team will work to achieve health equity through participatory research, community organizing, base-building and collaboration. Leadership/Management As a manager, you will apply your professional experience and independent judgment to complex tasks while supporting organizational goals. The Program Manager performs a wide variety of managerial and administrative functions to assess needs and ensure program objectives are met. Under your direction, you will oversee the Program Coordinators, ensuring that they are delivery the highest quality of programs. How You'll Contribute: Manage day-to-day department task, including but not limited to scheduling health education
