Construction Manager / General Contractor Services Request for Qualifications #4-009 Ogden High Pool / Ogden City School District 02 January 2013 The Board of Education for the Ogden City School District will be accepting proposals from Construction Managers / General Contractor (CM/GC), for the proposed remodel and renovation to the Ogden High School Pool Building. The proposals will be received at the office of the owner, attention Ken Crawford, Ogden City School District, located at 1950 Monroe Blvd. Room #210, Ogden, Utah, 84401, up until 2:00 p.m. on January 22nd, 2014 and must be labeled RFQ#4-009 Construction Manager/General Contractor Services on the outside envelope. Questions may be directed to Mr. Richard Judkins, Naylor Wentworth Lund Architects, (801) 355-5959, or Ken Crawford, Ogden City School District, (801)737-7376. The District may select the CM/GC from the proposals or elect to short list a qualified group of finalists to interview for further evaluation. Candidates are asked not to contact individual members of the Board of Education but to direct all inquiries as noted above. A. DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED WORK: Remodel and renovation of the existing facility approximately 12,300 s.f. pool building and an approximate 2800 s.f. addition.
