ELD Reflections As a teammate, I think that I did a great job in listening to the other teammates’ opinions and comments. I was attentive and was always focused on the person who was speaking. This was shown by my body language; I was leaning forward, engaged in the conversation, nodding when an important point came up or I agreed with something. I did give my opinions from time to time, but one thing I could improve on is speaking up more. Though I did have things to say, I think I was being overly polite in waiting until everyone has spoken everything they had to say. Because of this, I ended up sometimes repeating the same point that was brought up, or something similar since my ideas were already said during the conversation. However, when I did bring up a point, I made sure it was insightful and was worth hearing or taking into consideration when making decisions as a group. My whole group, and myself included, were openly receptive of the comments that the other group made when we were the feedback receivers. I again listened attentively, listening to both their applause and suggestions for improvements. I was ready to make changes and was eager to hear what improvements I can make for future conversations and teamwork tasks. When they gave applause to a
