What is the role of social media, including Facebook and Twitter, in the marketing process? 5. How much does marketing influence the way you buy? 6. Have you ever shopped at Hudson’s Bay Company (o r The Bay), pictured above? If so, how was it the same as or different from another department store you are familiar with?
