Training Leadership Plan The three training objectives that will be attainable and specific for the training leadership plan are knowing differences between management and leadership, practicing good communication skills, and making proper decisions. All these objectives will help prepare the trainee for leadership, because knowing the difference between management and leadership will help prepare you to be a better leader. Very good communication skills will help you communicate with your audience more effectively and easier. It is important that you make the right decisions, because the way you handle your decisions will promote you to good leadership if handled properly. I will have stations in the classroom to teach each objective of leadership so that each table will provide information by using cards and pamphlets on the objectives about management and leadership and how they are different from one another. Communication campaigns to teach good communication skills for leadership. Last a station that provides decision making the proper way teaching it for leadership and how some situations will be difficult. I will be using examples of certain difficult to easy decisions to help students get a real feeling of being in these situations and quiz the students on it at the end. All these sessions will help with training the RA’S or RD’s for leadership. I will use flashcards, notes, and videos to show how to affectively
