1 a. Which methods does your business use to communicate and promote a culture of innovation? (5 marks) - Experiment to generate ideas The restaurant let the staff know they are open for innovation. The restaurant has a designated space where staff can be creative, and every week they are allowed to spend until 5 hours leading the creativity and innovation flourish. - Invest in idea generation The restaurant has the culture to implement some of the ideas that the staff come up with. Ideas have to be implemented or they’re not worth anything. b. How is innovation recognised and rewarded? (5 marks) With responsibility: when some of the staff came up with an idea, the restaurant give them the freedom to take the responsibility.
