Types of leadership Transactional Leadership: This involves setting out clear goals and objectives along with the corresponding rewards and punishments. Transformational Leadership: This is similar to charismatic leadership in which the leader ofers some kind of personal transformation to the follower. Situational Leadership: This involves modifying the style of leadership to suit the particular situation.
