To begin with, International law is the set of rules, agreements, and treaties that are binding between countries. Subjects of International law are entities and position of legal personality; they enjoy rights and hold responsibilities towards the international community. International law replaced the Medieval order of Europe by creating legal relations between entities. The law itself and economic were born when economists realized that the law, in effect, raises or lowers the cost of a particular behavior. On the other hand, one could state that countries make laws that apply to their people and on their territory, which is called domestic law. Each state has its local law, which could be count as laws of one country might be different from the laws of another. However, there is an international law, which applies between parties (which are countries and international organizations). However, there are other players like international organizations, belligerent groups, multinational corporations, non- governmental organizations, and the individual. While they are objects of international law, they are enjoying a degree of international legal personality, because states allow them to do so. Therefore, international law brings together all the states to implement specific rules for all human beings. It is made in order to make global peace and act in the interest of
