3-2 Final Project: Self-Assessment Investigation 2 Self-Assessment: Results In taking the Clifton StrengthsFinder Self-Assessment it provided me with the five most dominant theme of talent that I have. My top five strengths in order according to the StrengthsFinder Self-Assessment from Gallup Report: 1. Achiever 2. Ideation 3. Self-Assurance 4. Relator 5. Learner (Gallup, 2019) The thing that really caught my attention with the StrengthsFinder Self-Assessment is that the report identifies does relate to me. Being an achiever identified my strength which is to, “Work hard and possess a great deal of stamina while taking immense satisfaction in being busy and productive (Gallup, 2019).” It identified that this knowledge probably permits me to inspire many individuals to do their finest work. As a former teacher, I was always making sure that each of my students understood the topics that were been taught. The assessment is also on point as I am driven by my talents and that I definitely will concentrate for extended periods of time. This is one of the reasons why I ultimately master skills and grasp concepts. I put a lot of effort and time into what I am doing as I enjoy working hard with the least amount of rest especially if I partner with individuals who share the same strong work ethic as me. My strengths made me the creative individual that I am and this keeps me motivated when working on projects. I am a very reliable person as I tried to think outside the box when solving problems.

3-2 Final Project: Self-Assessment Investigation 3 Many individuals rely on my original and innovative way of thinking as I have a vision and projection in the feature on what the future may hold. I tried looking at the whole picture when dealing with a problem or situation and I will use my vision not just to be motivated but also to motivate others on how we can look forward to a brighter tomorrow. I like to impart knowledge onto others and show them that he or she can achieve the same success as much as anyone else. The only issue that I have is that working in an organization I would share ideas and information’s to others to which they might bring to management as their own idea and they got credited or rewarded for it. My strength in ideation, “Fascinated by ideas and are able to find connections between seemingly disparate phenomena and being perceived as knowledgeable, trustworthy, and accomplished is an intentional undertaking for you (Gallup, 2019).” I have a high value for accountability and have high regard for the code of ethics.
