How to study, when you are going through traumas Clearly, when you are upset and traumatized, studying may sound like the hardest task to be done. Sadness might be rooted in family problems or the fight you had with your partner and many other things that should be recognized. According to a research which had been done by psychologists and church pastors, the healing process of mental wounds needs time, passion and a pair of ears. We need to be heard in order to be healed, our pains must be recognized, and we should pay attention to them. If we pay no attention to a scar on our physical body, it will be grimed and infected after a few days, the same is true about our mental scars. Often time there is not enough attention to these wounds because they can not be seen, however they can become harmful and deep. If you are a university student, you are not an exception in this. We should know that sometimes being away from family and our loved ones, could be a reason for getting bitter. So, what could be the solution? Should we continue our study in the
