Assessment Information Welcome to your Student Assessment Workbook for BSBMGT402 Implement Operational Plan. This Student Assessment Workbook is where you will write all your responses for the knowledge questions and simulation tasks. Please refer to the Student Assessment Guide for more information. This assessment has the following two events: Assessment Event 1 – Knowledge Questions: There are three questions that will provide us with evidence of your general knowledge of processes used in implementing Operational Plans. Assessment Event 2 – Simulation: Blue Tongue College You will complete a number of tasks that will provide us with evidence of your skills with implementing an Operation Plan to achieve objectives. These tasks will be based on your role of a Project Officer in a simulation with an organisation called Blue Tongue College that delivers the Certificate IV in Business course. To complete the Simulation, you will need to refer to the following resources: Blue Tongue College Operational Plan Information on what is planned for the College (Task 1.1). Policies and Procedures for Operational Planning Information on the practices used in operational planning, acquisition of resources, and recruitment (Tasks 1 and 2). Budget Plan Budget Plan Interim Results Budgetary information for implementing and monitoring the operational plan (Tasks 1.3 and 3.1). Proposal for Resource Acquisition Guidance on the contents for a resource acquisition (Task 1.2). Skills and Attitudes of a Trainer Information to be used to develop essential criteria in preparing for the job application (Task 2.2). Recruitment, Selection and Induction Policy and Procedures Guidance and the templates required to complete the preparation for recruitment (Tasks 2.1 and 2.2). Risk Management Plan Information on the potential risks (Task 1.2). Blue Tongue College Performance Monitoring Template To record the implementation their Operational Plan (Task 1.4). Student Attendance Results Information and data for developing the Monitoring Template (Task 1.1). Survey on Trainer Performance Information and data on trainer performance (Tasks 1.1 and 3.1).
