BFA715 Assessment 1 – Group Presentations Why this assessment is important Group work has been mapped to BFA715 at a strategic planning level, and participation is required to satisfy Learning Outcome 3 of the unit. This means that you need to pass Learning Outcome 3 in order to satisfactorily complete the unit. Assessment 1 is the only assessable activity that involves group work, so this means that you cannot skip Assessment 1. NOTE that only one (1) group will be able to present in each tutorial, and that the topic presented MUST match the week number. The start time of your registered tutorial presentation during that week represents the ‘due date and time’ for your assessment. (The only reason for deferring a presentation would be if, for example, a group member is sick and can supply a hardcopy medical certificate. See the Unit Outline for information about Extensions.) You may approach the formation of groups in one of two ways: 1. Form a group with three of your classmates; then choose a topic you would like to present; and then register your choice with your tutor. 2. If you do not wish to form a group first, you can go directly to the presentation group selection page in MyLO, and register. Any student can register in any group with fewer than 4 members. Please note that staff will not arbitrate group disagreements. To reduce the risk of disagreements, it is strongly recommended that you start your project by meeting with each

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
