Ltd 's area of business will be to collect waste from different areas (ring road and ratna park) and recycle the waste like paper and plastics to develop as a consumer good. First of all we are intending to collect waste from areas like shops, individual residence, housing communities, municipal agencies and commercial enterprises. And then the recycled waste will be targeted toward fertilizer manufacturers, nurseries, landscapers, farmers, government agencies, golf courses, and others. All of these potential customers will benefit from the compost's numerous soil enhancing characteristics. The business is service oriented. It provides service of waste disposal or management. Many people do not know the significance of waste recycling. This operation can be an alternative method of disposing waste. The primary focus of the company is to properly recycle the waste collected from people. Our company will pick up from any house inside or around the ring road. Talking about the target market, the company has targeted the people with middle income level living near the office or the ring road area. The company has analyzed the market and found the effective and efficient market for operation. These segments would help the company because it is easier for transportation, people are conscious about the environment; they are more likely to be attracted by the incentives, etc. Now, talking about the market segmentation. The company can separate the market in terms of geography because the company does not have enough people to spread around. The company has limited number of staffs; therefore they should only approach the area near to the office and the ring road. The smaller area helps in efficiency of the operations. One of the most attractive aspects is that the business is projected to attain a strong cash position and achieve profitability in the first year of operation. Due to a large need for these products and services, and a lack of direct competition, our projection of quick profitability is attainable.
