SIX SIGMA PROJECT REVIEWS Project reviews are status checks that serve to evaluate progress towards achieving the project plan. Each project should be reviewed after each phase(Define,Measure,Analyze,Improve,Control) has been completed. A typical review agenda includes: Introduction by Project Champion or Sponsor ProjectTeam Presentation Evaluation of phases and capture “lessons learned” . Closing by Project Champion or Sponsor 9
