The organization is headquartered in Minnesota, United States. Its commitment is in ensuring people live healthier lifestyles. This has enabled the healthcare program of the organization to become the most preferred by consumers. The healthcare program is one of the company's major divisions responsible for the provision of health coverage and benefits services (Cimasi & Zigrang, 2015). The organization strives to improve the quality and effectiveness of its healthcare services, improve healthcare's technological systems, facilitate access to care services, and offer affordable health care to all members (Minn, 2016). The case study, therefore, seeks to assess the readiness of the organization to address the citizens' health care needs in the next decade. This includes identifying a strategic plan that addresses issues that pertains to nurse staffing, network growth, resource management, and patient satisfaction. The Readiness by United Healthcare to Address the Needs of Citizens Over the years, the organization has put in place structures and measures that are capable to meet the citizens' needs, especially in the next ten years. For instance, United Healthcare has come up with a strategic plan seeking to confront the increasing concerns of nurse staffing, network growth, patients' satisfaction, and management of resources (Comfort, Shortell, Rodriguez & Colla, 2018). The position of stability, however, was arrived at after the company faces numerous challenges. Nonetheless, the persistence of the organization to provide quality care to its clients formed an integral part in popularizing the organization. In comparison with United Healthcare, Singapore Airlines has also strived to meet the needs of its customers by

The decision to stabilize the organization was arrived at after the initial investment of medical and information technologies was noteworthy. Accordingly, the organization ensured the maintenance of technological advancement. In turn, the utilization and exploitation of the medical and information technologies will likely improve the health care experiences of the customers (Cimasi & Zigrang, 2015). Again, the next decade would see the organization improve on its innovations in medical and information technologies that will assist the organization to guarantee the citizens' access to quality, efficient, and affordable healthcare.
