ETHICS IN AND THROUGH TECHNOLOGY 2 Ethics In and Through Technology Since the previous two decades many media markets traversing through the lines of cultural leaned linguistics have surfaced and natured through the market of US English. Examples are the speakers of the multi-linguistic markets situated in the West of Europe and the eastern side of Asia, dual change in the market of Latin America, market of the Francophone, market of Chinese and the language of Hindi from South Asia (Basuil & Datta, 2015). Presently, there are incidences of the emerging two tiered type of global system. English remains as the language that used dominant in the international scene though low pictures of budget may be deduced in any other language fit for home market plus the closest cultural linguistic type of market with notable breakage of the global type of hit. Hollywood has attempting in shooting the two tiers. The US efforts together with the global scene media giants have been positioning themselves to the world of technology comprising the cultures that are non-English, and the facing up the pertinent issue production initiatives in the local dialects. The present global media configuration in place and upcoming linguistic types of markets under the leadership of non- English centers of production may later become undermined. The cultural and creative industry has experienced a fundamental change over the years. The film industry today is complex. Globalization has greatly influenced the cultural and creative industry in various ways and in many fields such as the sales processes (distribution, exhibition and marketing), viewer habits (technical quality requirement, format choice and demand for narrative elements), and the production (administrative and technological). There have been many innovative developments in the quality and quantity of content in the film industry on an intensified scale as more nations interlink with the global network in terms of entertainment,
