Create a Sub Procedure to ask for the user to input the Spring Constant, Mass, Damping coefficient, starting position and velocity for a Spring Mass Damper System. Ask which time they would like the position and velocity of the given system. pass this information to another sub procedure to determine if a Spring Mass Damper System is over, under or critically damped. Then call the appropriate function to evaluate the system for its position and calculate the velocity. In the first sub procedure display the position and velocity at the requested time.
