1. Personality Personality is a relatively stable structure that includes and organizes values , needs , attitudes and skills of a person, determining his/her behavior. Personality is about how an individual thinks and feels, how he acts, what he can become, and about what is common and distinctive of any individuality (Caprara, 2013) Personality is the relatively stable set of psychological attributes that distinguish one person from another (Griffin et al. 2016)
