Front of house Roster - How this roaster ensures high quality customer service? : Taylor and Lisa are supervisor of this function. Taylor will organize setting up the function before Lisa come. Once Lisa starts working, Lisa will organize the bar section until 6pm. Both of them will lead the staffs as a team for good service. After Taylor leave, Lisa will lead the staffs to make sure everything is clean. From 12:30 to 17:00 6 staffs will set up the function hall. Another 6 people will set up the bar. The bar will be very busy from 5pm to 6pm so 10 staffs will work at the bar. Once 3 course meal is started, only 3 of them will be at the bar and the rest of them will serve the food to customers. Once customer almost finish eating dessert and cakes, they can start cleaning the hall slowly.
