For example: what is the physical meaning of heat capacity? Look at the definition: δQ = CdT . Mathematically, C is a proportionality coefficient between δQ and dT . What does this physically mean? If you have two systems with two different heat capacities C 1 > C 2 , what does this mean for how the systems will respond to heating? What will happen if the two systems come in contact?
