Research Methodology Referring to the explanation of the domino effect and the way how this effect is analysed as indicated in the previous section [Section II], it was found that both Event Tree Analysis and Bayesian Network are commonly used to analyse and evaluate the root cause and the sub-causes that can lead to the Domino Effect. In order to provide a clear understanding of the methodology's implementation, this section will impart the short description for each method that will be used to analyse the case study of the Domino Effect. [Showing at Section IV] A. Event Tree Analysis Methodology Event Tree Analysis (ETA) is the analytical technique that is used to evaluate main initiating events or processes (the only one initiating event or process) which can lead to a possible single failure occurring within the system. This technique is based on the sequence of both actions and events that can cause the accident. In general, the event tree model can represent the consequence of failure or success that continued from the main initiating events.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
