Exchange Rates 2 When it comes to the daily fluctuations of an exchange rate, there are inconstancy that could be reflected through common calamities or seen as political uprising apart from unfavorable resolute. This is a vital aspect when contemplating the trends in different countries commerce percentage considering this is the way to foretell and keep track of the state’s economy in the up and coming months as well as going forward. There are only two different ways one can plan on differentiating even if a country has a strong growing economy and that is through the value of its currency. Approve currency indicates that there is a flexible and growing economy whereas depreciating currency symbolizes a threat. In this case, Dorchester may want to consider inflating by closely examining the exchange rates in three different countries that I have considered (Nguyen, 2019). The first country that I will like to expound on is Japan. The Japanese yen has slowly loss value oppose to the American dollar over the previous years. In order to fully understand why this has happened we will have to consider the essential trends, even though the depreciation is not extremely large. The American currency is impending off its basic value on the account of its depression which has cause the purchasing of goods in the U.S. to become
