Mentoring guidelines* The mentoring for CHSS 205 was designed by the alumni of Spring 2019 and it aims to help you with your final projects as well as discussion leads. Five previous students of this course will be your sounding board during your brainstorms, discussions and other stages of your project. For successful cooperation with your mentor, you should follow these guidelines: Dos The mentors will help you brainstorm in different stages of your project (e.g. choose a social movement, pick subjects that go with it, come up with activities for teachers, etc.) *Please note that brainstorming doesn’t imply that they will come up with ideas instead of you. The mentors will offer you advice on specific stages of the group projects. You can present them your ideas and share with them any problems that you’re facing.
