Performance objective Frontline managers 1 are required to identify performance problems and consult/discuss with people who have an interest or role in the workplace, to clarify problems, identify solutions and implement/apply them. In this assessment you will identify a problem and carry out a project to identify and implement/apply a solution. Assessment description Identify and describe a problem at your workplace that you cannot resolve alone. Agree with your assessor on the suitability of your chosen problem and workplace. Identify the relevant stakeholders (people who have an interest or role in the workplace ) and consult with them initially/at first about the definition/meaning of the problem and then possible solutions to the problem. Communicate the results of your consultation and consult again with relevant and potentially (likelihood of occurring) different stakeholders about solutions and arrive at the preferred/best solution. Implement the solution communicating again with relevant stakeholders on the implementation.
