Smoking: Smoking is one of the leading causes of preventable death globally. Among the diseases that can be causes by smoking are lung cancer, heart attacks, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It does increases the chance of getting stomach cancer by weaken the muscles that controls the lower end of your gullet and allowing acid from your stomach to travel in the wrong direction. It also reduces the amount of oxygen that gets to your skin which results in aging more quickly and looking dull. Smoking can cause your bones to become weak, increases your risk of having a stroke, gum disease and damage your sense of taste.
