“A license to be Human”“Being an Activist is as much about the self as it is about problems in the larger world”-Van JonesThe above quote demonstrates there is more to be an activist than what we as mortal may realize. However, first and foremost, we must respect life on a whole, no way around that. This respect will help us to be more open about what it takes to preserve and protect such life, which in turn prompt the need for our environment protection. The mere thought and importance that a movement once considered broken can still play a major role in the healing process is refreshing. The “reverence movement” Jon Jones talked about reflects the approach needed to garner success with our activism. But before I get into what Jon Jones said in this interview, who is Mr. Jones exactly.
