References......................................................................................................................................20IntroductionThe significance of organizational behaviour as workers and behavioural patterns in organizations in recent years were key factors to the success of the organization's functioning. The company's interpersonal behaviour encompasses how people conduct themselves within the organisation. It is a technological tool to be chosen by humans in their business. This refers in-depth to people's behaviour in a wide variety of relationships, such as industry, the state, schools,and administration. The project is discussing organisational behaviour and its significance in business. The company chosen in the report is Vodafone Group Plc which is Telecommunication Company. The report is having four parts in which first part discusses the impact of power, culture, and politics of people working in Vodafone. The second part argues about the different ways to motivate the team and individuals which help them in accomplishing the organisational goals. On the other hand the third part of the report focuses on the need for understanding of significance of co-operation with the other member who is working in the company. The last partof the report discusses the various theories of organisational behaviour. 3
