We cover capital budgeting, and risk vs. return on investments as applied to modern portfolio theory. We will also look at the capital structure decisions of a firm and its effects on valuation, and general markets. Textbook Corporate Finance, by Ross, Westerfield, Jaffe and Roberts. Seventh Canadian Edition (older editions are fine) published by McGraw-Hill Ryerson Limited, and ACSTC 372 course workbook.
