Throughout the course of the journey to developing a business plan and the multiplestages of the marketing plan, companies can take on many shapes and forms before arriving atthe operational destination. Woman on the Go was initiated as an e-commerce designed companyto aide their consumers with their fashion challenges. Step one of the marketing plan introducedthe company to the world and explain the market research strategies, as well as the PESTanalysis. Step two of the marketing plan covered the target market analysis, competitive andindustry analysis, and the SWOT analysis. The final step of the marketing plan will conclude theplan while also explaining how Woman on the Go will progress through the 4 P’s of themarketing mix.
