3NO GOOD DEEDExecutive SummaryThe following is a proposal for organizational change for the Art Festival. Our goal is to provide a complete analysis of the Art Festival's external and internal factors, community and employee perceptions, communication engagement, and overall functions of the organization. Our main priority is to help resolve issues and prevent any further problems. The Montgomery Art Festival has been involved in the community for over 20 years and has an immense standing with the community. We are honored to be able to provide our expertise in management consulting to the executive board in helping to increase revenue through the combination of relationship building, special events, and community contributions. This plan will provide guidelines and recommendations to ensure the communication of event timelines, location, and permanent phone numbers to the public are correct, increase volunteer participation, and convey information on the purpose of the event. The proposal involves ways to confront and take advantage of opportunities provided by the festival. In doing so, we used the following practical and reliable models, The PESTAL, Cultural Web, and Star. Apart from business operations and volunteer guidelines, these models identify openings and concerns for the organization to consider. The PESTAL Analysis provides a complete inspection of current operating systems. In our experience, this is a reliable way of identifying threats and opportunities within the organization. Total Management Consultants willprovide solutions and steps to the Art Festival so they may make the proper adjustments to regaintrust with their artists and volunteers. Also, we will deliver training recommendations for volunteers and staff. The training will encourage ways to implement team-building skills for the volunteers and board members. Total Management Consultants are fully confident that our proposal to the city of Montgomery, Alabama will provide the best results.
