Cellular respiration analogies Analogies are often used in education (lectures and books) because they provide interesting, unusual or humorous comparison and help us to remember new concepts, terminology or ideas. Analogy is basically a comparison of one thing to something else that is similar to it in some way: “X is like Y...” Watch the following 7-part video by Professor Fink on cellular respiration (see the playlist link below). Your goal is to find analogies for biological processes, concepts, molecules etc., which he uses in his lectures. By the way, these are excellent lectures to help you understand cellular respiration! Please write down the analogies into the table below. Each analogy is worth 0.2 points. Try to find as many as you can! In order to get credit you must indicate for each analogy: 1. What was described 2. What is the analogy for it For example ( this is an example only! ), this is how you supposed to answer: What is described Analogy enzyme and substrate fit together like lock and key mitochondria

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
