Conlon 3/31/2018 Course: English Composition II: Current Issue Teacher: Schulze Are the protections and Ethics of Human Subjects in Clinical Trials of Biotechnical Medicine Being Threatened in 21st American Scientific Research? Target Audience for Final Article: general medical community consisting of pharmaceutical companies,medical hospitals,nurses,doctors, and the general public society. Background of Topic The following paper i will address is the topic of protection of human subjects in scientific and experimental medical practices,sciences and general experimentation among human subjects in the industry of biomedical sciences,pharmaceutical sales and the science industrys. The ethical issues to be tackled are increasing day by day with the advancement of new technologies, wide ranges of research activities, and globalization of clinical science related to clinical research, as in the usa, the threat posed to the humans participants are similar all over the world, and there is a need for wider universal spread of these principles to all stakeholders of clinical trials. The general audience of this people are the people of society,pharmaceutical sales companies and medical physicians. It would not be fair to target just Americans because biomedical sciences are an international industry. Conceptual Approach The approach of this topic will consist of addressing mandated fda regulation requirements,company oriented conferences and workshops,Bioresearch monitoring,legal consent from the clinical trial participant/subject, and general issues. The ethical appeals of biomedicine and its ideas of clinical trials will be addressed,debated and analyzed throughout the paper. The pathos will be addressed by appealing to how the policies and actions of pharmaceutical companies ect affect the majority of people both positivity and negativity. Anticipated Research Findings I anticipate discovering in depth information related to clinical trials in biomedicine among research and evidence found through research in pharmaceuticals as well as topic of protection of human subjects in scientific and experimental medical practices,sciences and general experimentation among human subjects in the industry of biomedical sciences,pharmaceutical sales and the science industrys. The ethical issues to be tackled are increasing day by day with the advancement of new technologies, wide ranges of research activities, and globalization of clinical related to clinical research.
