Purpose : Practice goal setting, understand ABC’s of behavior change, recognize barriers, and consider aspects of maintaining an active lifestyle. Goal Setting: Those who set goals, develop a plan for how to achieve them, and monitor their progress, are more likely to achieve success. Those with goals give more effort and are more persistent in the face of obstacles than those without goals (page 47). We encourage effective goal setting to help you adopt/maintain an active lifestyle. Below you will set a goal and work through strengthening your goal using the iSMARTER principles. See Module 10 and 11 for more information and guidance.
