Kinicki and Fugate, Organizational behavior, define this type of leadership as the sharing of power with employees using roll significance to the company, on a nominee two decision making, and employee capabilities and performance by way of removing barriers. One of the fundamentals that leadership is built upon is influence. Through influential behavior, a leader can empower employees to develop on their leadership abilities, trust, and motivation. Discussion John C Maxwell and Jim focus on critical components and critical concepts on” How to Influence People.” Their primary focus is we're on for ascending levels of personal influence. John and Jim believe that every person influence another in some way. Modeling Is the first influence where a person bases influence on the behavior they witness in others and around them. This Style of influence allows for motivation. Greater impact the closer you are to a person (Maxwell, Dorman,2013). The second type of influence is called Motivating. This is done by connecting with an Individual on a more personal level, the greater the impact your influence has on them. A more positive the relationship that is built, the more influence one has on another.
