Daylight savings can help the average person in many ways whether it is during spring forward with busy moms who need evening daylight and people who struggle with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) or fall back with many college students gaining that extra hour of sleep and early birds having daylight earlier in the morning instead of darkness.
