Dietary Trends and Nutrition Unit 1 Dietary Trends and Nutrition Information to Remember: Maintaining professionalism within a health care setting is of up most importance. Maintaining patient privacy should always be one of the number one priority. Maintaining good communication with clients. Regulating one's food intake for the purpose of improving one's physical condition, especially for the purpose of reducing obesity, or what is conceived to be excess body fat (Britannica, n.d.) According USDA (2015), Adults 18-64 years and older should continue to do over 150 minutes of moderate physical activities or more at least three days a week and the importance of consuming overall healthy eating patterns. Including vegetables, fruits, grains, dairy, protein foods, and oils eaten within an appropriate calorie level and in forms with limited amounts of saturated fats, added sugars, and sodium.
