It has some new immigrant students whose native language is not English. It also has some IEPs who need additional time to complete the tasks. Those demographic factors entail the adoption of differentiation strategy in all classroom activities. Careful lesson planning that takes into consideration accommodating all student levels is important. Due to the different demographic factors, assessment will be various. Observation, formative assessment as well as scaffolding will be among the assessment tools.
