Calculate the combined mass of the two reactants, 5% vinegar and sodium hydroxide. 50.133g + 51.061g = 101.194g 2. Calculate the combined mass of the contents of the flask after the reaction. 189.194g – 88.000g = 101.194g 3. Compare the before and after the reaction masses.
